New Tai Chi Club Class Starting

This just in... Berkeley Lab’s Tai Chi Club will be learning a new form taught by instructor Brian Beveridge from the Cloud Hands Tai Chi community. Classes will consist of warm-ups, teaching of fundamental principles of tai chi, and practicing a blend of Yang and Wu schools, emphasizing balance, strength development and a continuous flow of energy (chi). Fundamentals include stance, weight distribution, and intention of movement with particular emphasis on protecting the knees and other joints.  Beginners are welcome! Best Blogger Tips
